29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): Equipment hazards. The employer must train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. On or about April 20, 2018 and thereafter at the 113 N. Western Ave., Waupaca jobsite, employees utilizing the ladders were not trained in the care, inspection, storage, and use exposing employees to fall hazards.
