29 CFR 1910.25(c)(2): The employer did not ensure standard stairs have a maximum riser height of 9.5 inches (24 cm). a) On or about 4/25/2018, employees using steps on the end of the chop saw line were exposed to fall hazards due to the rise heights of the steps between the platform and flooring conveyor access.
