29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. a. On or about April 14, 2018, the employer did not ensure that electrical protective gloves were tested on a semi-annual basis, thereby exposing employees to arc flash/shock hazards.
