29 CFR 1910.272(g)(5): The employee acting as observer was not trained in rescue procedures, including notification methods for obtaining additional assistance. This violation occurred on or about April 9, 2018, SEI Millwrights did not provide training in rescue procedures for the employee standing outside the bin while another employee was in the bin cleaning out the old grain exposing employees to fall hazards.
