29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): Portable ladders did not have non-conductive siderails if they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts. a) Worksite, 240 Dow Avenue, Mineola, NY: An employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards while holding an aluminum ladder that was used near energized overhead power lines during tree trimming; on or about 4/14/18. NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
