29 CFR 1910.110(b)(17)(v): Open flames were permitted within classified areas specified in Table H-28: a) Propane storage - The employer allowed smoking next to the propane storage tanks on or about April 11, 2018. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
