29 CFR 1910.25(b)(5)(i): When a door or gate opens directly on a stairway, a platform did not provided a useable depth greater or equal to 20 inches if installed before January 17, 2017. a) On or about 04/05/18 at the Lackawanna site; employees were exposed to a fall hazard when the platform at the top of the stairs, providing access to the control shack, was at a depth of approximately 10 inches. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
