29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(F): Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace: Visibility (including restrictions due to loading): On or about March 24, 2018 the employer did not ensure employees operating Yale MRW030 electric pallet trucks had received training regarding visibility restrictions while moving loads and the direction of travel approaching overhead hazards.
