29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: (a) At the jobsite - On or about March 22, 2018 lockout/tagout certifications did not include the names of the employees that disable the electrical controls to perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to FCM line # 5 which had multiple energy sources including hydraulic, pneumatic and electric sources.
