29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Health room, 12th floor; A Sanyo refrigerator was plugged into a relocatable power tap that was being powered by an extension cord. (b) Break room, 13th floor; two coffee makers were plugged into a relocatable power tap instead of permanent receptacles.
