29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) 821 Saint Georges Avenue, Woodbridge, NJ site - Facility: The employer failed to perform a written hazard assessment to determine what personal protective equipment (PPE) such as but not limited to high visibility vests is necessary to protect employees. Employees are required to walk across the terminal's truck yard to perform daily checks. Condition observed on or about 03/22/2018.
