29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6): At the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter, the employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with which he was or would be involved: a) 229 Farm Road, Pompton Plains, NJ. Employees who may be required to perform service and maintenance on equipment, such as, but not limited to the Hawe Tray Mover were not provided instruction on safe operation and servicing by the employer. Violation observed on or about 03/21/2018.
