29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations were not observed, including authorized plant speed limits. The truck was not kept under control at all times. On or about 02/21/2018, Employee operating Raymond Stand-Up Forklift, Model #425-C35TT, Serial#425-16-48992 to return an empty pallet to the warehouse area. Traffic regulations were not observed in that the truck was not kept under control at all times exposing employee to fall and struck-by hazards.
