29 CFR 1928.57(d)(1)(v): Chains and sprockets were not completely enclosed, except that they may be guarded by location if the bearings are packed or if accessible extension lubrication fittings are used. This violation occurred on or about March 6, 2018, in the bale wrapping area, the chain and sprocket ingoing nips were not guarded on the chain conveyor exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
