29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Accelerate Energy, LLC, 100 Lamartine St., Worcester, Massachusetts; On and before February 27, 2018 the employer did not instruct the employees in the avoidance of unsafe conditions or methods to eliminate the hazards: a. The employer had not provided electrical safe work practice training to employees exposing them to electrical shock, burns, and neurological injuries. b. The employer did not provide training on the proper personal protective equipment to use and how to maintain it when performing electrical work. c. The employer did not provide training on energy control procedures sufficient for employees to properly de-energize equipment and verify it was safe to work on.
