29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder. (a) Super 1 Foods, on or about February 1, 2018, an extension ladder was not protected against displacement as employees used it to access a second floor.
