29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: 1) Production Area: On or about February 15, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that lockout/tagout training has not been conducted on all of the employees operating equipment including the lathe machine, milling machine, drill press and arbor press.
