29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of an injury that could be prevented by such equipment: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards to the eyes and face as associated with using a toxic chemical through spray application in the work place. The most recent occurrence of this was documented during the inspection on January 9, 2018 of the facility located at 103 West 3rd St. Imperial, NE where the employer has an ineffectively protected employee exposed to chemical burns to the eyes and face while using a highly toxic car wash cleaning product called Nu-Wall.
