29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) Granite cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to noise hazards, in that a baseline audiogram was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to noise levels of 73.04 % or 87.7 decibels. b) Granite cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to noise hazards, in that a baseline audiogram was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to noise levels of 151.5 % or 90.3 decibels.
