29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Superior Farms, at 4900 Clarkson St., Denver, CO 80216: On and before December 14, 2017, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. The employer operated several machines that are subject to lockout tagout procedures, such as, but not limited to, auto hoch cutters, bone dumpsters, multi-vac machines, cryovac machines, conveyors, pumps, and saws. The employer did not conduct inspections of the energy control procedures at least annually.
