29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Where some elements of lockout/tagout were conducted on equipment such as, but not limited to, silk screen printing presses, an annual lockout/tagout inspection had not been conducted and documented (see 1910.147(c)(6)(ii)). Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
