29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: A) Allen County Recyclers, LLC, located at 700 East Wayne Street, Lima, OH 45804: On or about December 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure that adequate guarding was provided to protect employees from the rotating blade of the Craftsman table saw (powered by the Craftsman Capacitor Start A.C. Motor, Model 113.12173) located in the fabrication building. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating the Craftsman stable saw.
