29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container: On or about December 6, 2017, and at times prior thereto, in the paint areas paint thinner having flashpoint of 39 degrees F was dispensed into a smaller container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers to prevent static discharge during dispensing operation exposing employees to a fire hazard.
