29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: a) Jacob A. Weaver Company in Guys Mills, PA. On or about December 7, 2017, periodic inspections of the lockout/ tagout procedures are not performed at least annually with authorized employees. Employees perform servicing and maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, clearing jams and changing saw blades.
