29 CFR 1910.111(b)(10)(ii): Stationary storage Anhydrous Ammonia installations did not have at least two suitable gas masks in readily-accessible locations: a) Workplace, 55 Hartz Way, Secaucus, NJ The employer did not ensure that two suitable gas masks for Anhydrous Ammonia were readily accessible near the Anhydrous Ammonia cylinder storage area located in the Foundry Department. A cabinet containing such gas masks was located approximately 60 feet away at the opposite end of the manufacturing facility. Violation occurred on or around 11-15-17
