29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. On or about November 16, 2017 employees working in the boiler room were exposed to slip and fall hazards and the employer did not ensure that the floors were kept dry: a. Water from the north side boiler was left to pool on the floor on the east side of the boiler room. b. The utility sink drain on the north wall of the boiler room was damaged and drained directly onto the floor and was not cleaned.
