29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: A) Borgers Ohio, Inc., located at 400 Industrial Parkway, Norwalk, OH 44857: On or about October 30, 2017, the employer did not select, and have all affected employee use, the heat resistant clothing while employees were conducting activities such as, but not limited to, changing Teflon rolls inside the Cell # 6. Employees were exposed to injuries such as, but not limited to, burns.
