29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for the presence of combustible gases, vapors, and toxic agents and for oxygen content prior to employee entry: On or about October 19, 2017, at this grain handling facility, the employer failed to conduct atmosphere testing for the presence of combustible gases, vapors, toxic agents, and oxygen content. This exposed employees to asphyxiation hazards and/or toxic substances.
