29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer had not provided a fall hazard training program for employees engaged in steel erection activities: SorConCo LLC at 7507 Weld County Road 39, Fort Lupton, CO 80621: On or before October 3, 2017, the employer did not ensure that a fall protection system was utilized when employees removed old metal decking and installed new metal decking on the roof of a hangar building, in that the decking was staged near the edge of the roof on the west side of the building. In addition, numerous plastic corrugated skylight panels which had been previously installed were deteriorated and damaged. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet.
