29 CFR 1910.265(e)(4)(ii)(b): End saws on trimmer saw(s) were not guarded: a) Jobsite, 1106 South Breezewood Road, Breezewood, PA 15533: Observed on or about October 3, 2017, the end saw on a Helle brand double end trim saw (serial number D-127) was not guarded. A 22 inch diameter saw blade which was located above a belt on the northeast side of the trim saw was not guarded. Employees using the trim saw were exposed to cut-by hazards.
