29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. The employer does not ensure circuit breakers are marked to indicate their purpose. This violation was most recently observed on or about October 18, 2017 at a worksite located at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA (East Wall, In-Process Rm) when employees operated equipment that was protected by circuit breakers that were not marked to indicate their purpose.
