29 CFR 1926.652(g)(1)(ii): Shields were not installed in a manner to restrict lateral or other hazardous movement of the shield in the event of the application of sudden lateral loads: (a) Jobsite, Brownfield and Gun Club Road, Uniontown, PA: On or about September 22, 2017 a trench shield had been placed in the excavation approximately 6 feet or more from the sidewalls thereby not installed in a manner that would restrict lateral or other hazardous movement of the shield in the event of a sudden lateral load.
