29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system: A.) Barrett Farm Supply, Inc., dba Red Bank Mills; stairways to each floor - On or about 9/19/17, and at times prior thereto, mid rails were not installed on the handrails that were located on stairways to each floor. B.) Barrett Farm Supply, Inc., dba Red Bank Mills; outside stairways - On or about 9/19/17, and at times prior thereto, mid rails were not installed on the handrails leading into the mill.
