29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2)/MUTCD 1988 Edition, Section 6G-2(b)(2): Traffic control signs did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millenium Edition, December 2000, FHWA. a) At or near Pottstown Pk & Taylors Mill Rd, West Chester, PA - On or about 6/5/2017, the employer did not provide appropriate warning signs in the northbound lane of Pottstown Pike to warn road users that road work was taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone, exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards.
