29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken: A.) Adam's Contracting; 303 Walnut Street, Emlenton, PA - On or about 7/27/17, employees were moving an aluminum ladder from the area around the house to companys construction trailer. While they were moving the ladder, the ladder came into contact with overhead power lines.
