29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there was not a wall or parapet that was at least 21 inches (53 cm) high: At 6910 Front Street, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the guardrail located along the open-sided edge of an elevated storage loft was not equipped with a midrail or the equivalent. The fall distance to the concrete floor below was approximately 12 feet. This violation was observed on 08/22/17.
