29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator and at least annually thereafter: (Construction Reference 1926.103) (a) 1326 Chestnut St, East exterior- On or about 7/26/17, the employer did not ensure employees required to wear tight-fitting half face air-purifying respirators such as, but not limited to 3M 6000 half-face respirator with P100 filters, while performing masonry restoration tasks, such as, but not limited to, grinding and cutting mortar, were fit-tested prior to initial use and at least annually.
