29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a)Lot 31 Rosshandler RD, Suwannee, GA 30024 On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior to, employees used chemical products including but not limited to Custom Color Type N Masonry Cement containing Quartz (crystalline silica) and Hexavalent chromium. Employer failed to maintain copies of safety data sheets on each site.
