29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) KITCHEN, AUTOMATIC VOLUME FILLING MACHINE - Employee(s) serviced and maintained the Accutek Automatic Volume Filling machine, which included the clearing of clogs in the lines, and the employer had not provided lockout tag out training to the employee(s) performing the services, which thereby exposed the employee(s) to serious injuries, on or about July 28, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
