29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a) On or about 07/31/17 at the 3355 West Henrietta Road; employees were exposed to a fall hazard when the employer did not train employees on the hazards associated with ladder use and the proper use of this equipment during painting and associated tasks.
