29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k): a) Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC - An employee operating a pallet jack was exposed to noise levels of 89.2 dBA which exceeded the extended workshift hours noise action level of 84.2 dBA. Noise training was not conducted for the pallet jack operators, on or about 8/2/17. b) Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC - An employee working at the dumping station of line #1 was exposed to noise levels of 91 dBA which exceeded the extended workshift hours noise action level of 84.2 dBA. Noise training was not conducted for the employees working at the line #1 dumping station, on or about 8/2/17. c) Koch Foods of Gainesville, LLC - An employee working at the dumping station of line #1 was exposed to noise levels of 89.5 dBA which exceeded the extended workshift hours noise action level of 84.2 dBA.
