29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) 2027 South 12th St. Building 507, Allentown, PA - on or about June 7, 2017, an employee performed servicing and maintenance on machinery and equipment to include but not limited to horizontal band saw, press brakes, and cranes where lock out/tagout hardware was used, but the employer had not provided adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood.
