29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces: a. 190 Strykers Rd., Phillipsburg, NJ - Decorating Department The employer did not effectively inform employees engaged in the screen printing of labels onto plastic bottles who entered equipment that included, but was not limited to NOVAX "M" U.V. screen printers, to perform maintenance and repair activities including, but not limited to repairs of the electrical box of the existence, location, and danger of permit confined spaces. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2017
