29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations were not observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance was not maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck was not kept under control at all times: (a) Product Labeling Area: On or about June 13, 2017, an employee operating a Crown pallet jack (Model No. WP 3000) with a full combo bin load, maneuvered the pallet jack in close proximity to an employee working at a work bench station. The operator did not follow company powered industrial vehicle operating procedures such as "Look where you are going", "Stay to one side of the truck", "Slow down in congested areas", "Yield or stop for pedestrians" and "Be careful you don't crush someone".
