29 CFR 1910.119(e)(1): The employer did not perform an initial process hazard analysis (hazard evaluation) on processes covered by 29 CFR 1910.119: a) Celebration Fireworks - On or about June 30, 2017, the employer did not perform an initial process hazard analysis (hazard evaluation) pertaining to the process of assembling multiple components of display firework devices consisting of Hazard Class/Division 1.3G and 1.4S explosives. ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to identify hazards addressed in recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) such as but not limited to NFPA - 77, 495, 1123, 1124, 1126, and ATF Regulations.
