29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about May 11, 2017, Agri-Fab, Inc. had an employee perform maintenance operations on Modern Cut-Off Machine in the Machine Department involving lockout and the employer had not conducted an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that all hazardous energy was controlled during maintenance operations and the requirements of 1910.147 were met.
