29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer shall provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE. WORKSHOP: The employer had not provided trainings to the employees required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on the Workplace Hazard Assessment for personal protective equipment (PPE). The Harty Press, Inc. dba Harty Integrated Solutions was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1189993, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1b, issued on 03-06-2017 with respect to a workplace located at 25 James Street, New Haven, CT 06513 and became a final order 05-08-2017.
