29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: (a)Red River Series Live Bottom Trailer 767919, a driver was not trained on the energy control program involving the cleaning operation of the conveyor roller system. This cleaning practice and rear gate door operation exposed employees to caught-in between hazards and struck by hazards created by the moving rollers of the conveyor and the rear gate door.
