29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) Worksite: Employees are required to provide repair and maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to Otto Martin Maschinebau T26 Router , Otto Martin Maschinebau T72 Table Saw , and a Sicma DT530 Plainer. The employer did not develop, document and utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 4/11/17. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
