Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001B Hazard:

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and other metal noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, shall be effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to be imposed on them: Maintenance Building - On or about 10 April 2017, and on dates prior, employees were exposed to a fire hazard from electrical systems in the maintenance building that were not effectively grounded for fault protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
